Sinister - Discografia

Formada em 1989, Sinister é uma banda de Death Metal. Lançou uma demo, wich vendeu cerca de 1.500 cópias, após esse boa repercussão logo a banda lançou uma promo e enviou para varias gravadoras e isso resultou a assinatura com a Nuclear Blast da Alemanha em 1991. A estreia do cd "Cross the Styx" foi no inicio de 1992, e vendeu várias cópias em todo o mundo. A banda seguiu com uma turnê pela Europa com bandas como: Suffocation, Cannibal Corpse e Deicide, consequentemente aumentando o número de pessoas que passaram a conhecer a banda. Nos anos seguintes, Sinister conseguiu manter sua popularidade ao lançar seu segundo Álbum "Diabolical Summoning" (1993), Hate (1995) e fizeram muitos shows por toda Europa, e uns 55 shows bem sucedidos por todo o EUA. No final desse período o Death Metal tornou-se menos popular, e os fãs a maioria mudaram para o Black Metal, Gótico e outras estilos Atmosférico. Os integrantes nunca pensaram em tocar música que não fosse o seu estilo favorito: Death Metal. Alguns anos passados a banda lançou "Bastard Saints" (1996) e fizeram alguns shows ao vivo. Varias mudanças na formação foram realizadas, e isso ocasionou na criação do seu álbum mais agressivo até agora, o "Agressive Measures" (1998).
