Obituary - Discografia

Formado em 1984 na Florida com o nome de Xecutioner, tocando desde já um Death metal bem autentico com guitarras pesadíssimas e um vocal tão animalesco e gutural que parece um tigre furioso. Logo mudaram o nome para Obituary e seguiram seu caminho juntamente com bandas como o Death, o Morbid Angel, o Deicide e etc.   Em 1989 o Obituary grava o seu primeiro disco, o Debut LP `` Slowly we Rot``, que se tornou um marco no desenvolvimento do Death Metal mundial. Com seu peso complexo e brutal, sem ser adepto as letras satânicas que eram uma tendência naquela época. Sendo este um disco inovador do estilo, disco que deu outros horizontes aplicando uma tendência diferente.
